Steve started working at D&J in 1978 when he was just a kid in high school. In 1981 he purchased the business with the help of his father, Edward Gegner. Steve has worked for the last 40 years growing D&J into the store you see today. With love and hard work, D&J family strives to set itself apart from the rest.

Born and raised into D&J, Nikki started full time working alongside her dad in 2008. She has worked many areas of the business and continues to work wherever needed keeping D&J operating as smooth as possible. Keeping the family traditions alive keeps her striving to make D&J your one stop shop.

Austin started off on the distributor side of the industry in 2014. After growing his territory and achieving many goals on that side of the industry, he made the switch to D&J to work alongside his wife and family continuing the family traditions of D&J equipment as a family owned and operated business. He constantly strives to stay ahead of the curve of new products to better serve customers in any application.

Natalie joined the D&J family in 2016 as service manager. Through the years she has grown to know not only our service department but parts and sales as well. She continues to gain knowledge in all areas to better serve our customers needs.
